www.starfall.com is a website that has been around for quite a long time since 2002. It attracts millions of unique visitors each month. The mission of the website is to help and teach children how to read. Its materials are great for first and second grade students as well as kindergarten. The site boasts of lots of interactive books and games that are phonics in nature. The Flash tutorials will have pictorials and animations as well as the audio to help children to read.

Starfall.com latest release is the Starfall Kindergarten Reading and Language Arts Curriculumin May 2009. It uses the element of fun to encourage students to readand has various categories such as learning to read with ABC's, learning to read with stories. Starfall.com has tongue twisters, poetry, story time and the lessons are given mostly in Flash animations with the phonics in audio. Parents use starfall.com as a resource to help their children read and we highly recommend it as the site to go to as well for lessons. It is kids friendly and keeps little children engaged with the learning as they are having fun at the same time.
