Today, my 14 year old Grandaughter was insulted by a very rude and scarastic servier at our local Dunkin Donut store #337751. The server's name was "Samantha". My Grandaughter ordered 1 small coffee, 2 Cool SM original, and 1 Cool MD original. After she placed her order, she realized the last item should be a Medium rather than a Small as she had originally ordered about 30 seconds before. The server, "Samantha B" made a scarastic remark and said "Now, you just made me screw up this order" and threw something down on the counter. My Grandaughter felt very embarassed by this "Samantha" and was in tears when she brought this Order out to my car. Dunkin Donuts needs to hire better servers who are taught to be more polite towards customers. We do not intend on ever going back to this store . Easley store at 5308 Calhoun Memorial Highway. First day there were five employees but only one serving. Long line of customers. Other four employees were visiting but not working. Very slow service. Second day was almost as bad. Great way to turn people off and send them elsewhere for coffee.

Do not use store#344007 in vestal ny. The manager Blondie Alexander is rude, makes comments about you to anyone who will listen and her supervisor does nothing.
