Contrary to many beliefs, there is no simply weight loss pill that can solve all of your weight issues.  Doctors and nutritionists say that the key to a healthy weight is diet and exercise, but not many go into detail about how to follow through with these guidelines.

There are many misconceptions about what a “diet” actually is. A diet doesn’t simply mean to cut down on the foods you are eating. Instead, the focus should be on making your food choices healthier. One helpful idea to do is make a daily list of everything you eat during the day. You will be very surprised with how many calories you consume in a day.  After analyzing what you regularly eat, try cutting down on some of the more fattening foods in your diet. Cut out those chili cheese fries and substitute it with a baked potato with a small pat of margarine.

Exercise is one of the most important aspects of quick weight loss.  You should exercise for at least 20 minutes at a time and if you haven’t worked out in a while, start out slowly.  Exercise twice a week by walking and build up stamina from there. Weekly exercise should not consist of only cardio, but also toning.  Each day that you exercise, focus on a different section of the body to work out.  This is to make sure that you don’t completely exhaust your entire body so you are not able to do your regular daily tasks.

The last task in order to lose weight fast is regular self-check.  Your bathroom scale should become your best friend.  The best kind of scale is a more expensive one that can measure your body fat percentage, but any old scale could do the trick. There are certain rules to using a scale to determine your actual weight. One is that you should always weigh yourself first thing in the morning when you first wake up. That is when your weight is the most accurate because you don’t have any food in your system and have no water weight to make you any heavier. Another important thing is that you don’t weigh yourself everyday because your weight fluctuates daily.  The best way to see your steady weight loss is to weigh yourself every 3 days then write down each weight in order to measure your progress.

Finally, there are many websites that can help you in your weight loss. One of the most helpful sites out there is Fitday. This site allows you to record all of your daily activities, including your exercise, and measures them against how many calories you consume that day. Also, one of the easiest ways to maintain a healthy weight once you accomplish it is to make sure your stress levels are normal and you maintain your healthy diet.

Here are some additional tips for people who want to lose weight fast while on the move and feels like they do not have time for regular exercise.

1. On the office chair, you can mantain a squat position for 10 seconds by raising your posterior.

2. Drink more water. The liver helps in our metabolism and helps with the metabolism of fat by converting your body fat to energy. When you drink less water, the kidney does not function as well and therefore your liver starts helping the kidney which means that the liver is not converting fat to energy as efficiently. Drinking more water also cause you to feel full and therefore eat less.

3. Eat salad as they are both healthy and can help you not gain as much calories while eating.

4. While waiting for something, tiptoe while waiting as it can help you shed more calories.

5. Walk up the stairs to the office instead of taking the elevator. This will help give you some exercise besides shedding weight.

A great deal of people have a false mindset that losing weight is a difficult and daunting task, but there are ways where you can lose weight fast. Write down everything you eat or drink throughout the day for a week(including the weekend) and then you will be able to see what your typical calorie intake is. Once you know what you are taking in you can decide what you need to cut out. To lose weight you need to be able to expend more calories than you take in, so this is simply step 1 of the process.

Cutting food out is not the only thing to do when adjusting your intake. Finding healthier food and snacks is a necessity as well.  Snacking on fruit and veggies is healthier and will help give you energy for step two. However healthy fruit and veggies are an important thing to remember when eating them, and all other food, is portion control. Even if your menu has improved that does not mean you can eat large portions and still lose weight. When going over your new food options it is a good idea to try to plan out  your meals and eat six small meals a day, rather than 3 larger ones. This will help you sustain your energy level as well.


Another simple step to help lose weight fast is more fiber and water.This will not only help you lose weight but fiber can help reduce the risk of stroke and heart disease. Drinking more water help keep you dehydrated and avoid feeling run down when you are exercising, which is the next step.

Developing an exercise routine is a very important key to weight loss also. High level aerobics are a great way to keep your heart healthy and lose weight. Try jogging, brisk walking, cycling, aerobic machines, or classes. Even swimming is a good aerobic exercise, especially if you have joint problems. These will help burn calories and when used in conjunction with a diet you will start shedding the pounds. After you have started to drop the pounds you can start to define your muscles and get a nice, lean figure by adding in weight training. This will help your muscles burn calories even after you have stopped working out because you will have raised your metabolism.An important thing to remember about weight training is that muscle weighs more than fat. So, while you may be looking slimmer in the mirror you may not be losing weight but do not get discouraged that it is not working. If you want to lose weight fast, stay focused and follow the tips above. This are not recommended for quick ways for kids to lose weight fast though.



Another key to a slimmer you is that the most important word in that phrase is YOU. No two people are the same size! Just because one person looks good at 120 pounds that does not mean you will. Setting realistic goals is also crucial. You need to be realistic in these goals and bet disappointed if you miss one. This weight loss plan should be a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. And remember that all plans have room for adjustment!  Following this plan I have personally lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks and while that may not seem like a lot it feels like a world of difference when I look in the mirror!

I've learned from a lot of experience that losing weight is not easy but that it can be done. Losing weight takes a lot of work and most importantly making sure you balance out your calorie intake as well as how many calories you burn. After doing some research I found that if, for example, you were a twenty-five year old woman, that was five feet and seven inches and weighed about one hundred and fifty pounds you would need to be at least eating two thousand and seven calories and burning anywhere from twelve hundred to sixteen hundred calories a day. Of course, if you are only working out three out of seven days than you would need to multiply seven times the minimum calorie burn of twelve hundred and than dividing that number into three which would be around eight thousand three hundred and ninety seven calories. In my opinion you might just try breaking that down and working out every day or at least six days a week.

It is not just about eating right though. You have to do the work as well. I find doing things you enjoy work best so whatever it is do the most of it. If you just can't stand working out than download some upbeat and motivating songs and get to moving. Eventually you forget you're working out and it's more like dancing to your favorite songs. After awhile you've been going for thirty minutes.

I don't honestly believe there is a healthy way to lose weight incredibly fast but within weeks you can lose quite a bit of weight if you stick to a healthy diet, exercise vigorously and don't give up. If you have the money to do so, I would suggest hiring a personal trainer to keep you on track while at the gym. I believe the key is pushing yourself just a little bit farther than what you think you can do. That is what helps you lose weight; when you think you can do anything more, keep going! You will start noticing a huge difference within a month by just doing that simple step.

When it comes to eating it does not mean you suddenly cannot eat anything you used to enjoy it just mean you should eat less of the junk food and eat a little bit more of the healthy foods that your grocery store offers. If you go a little overboard eating one day just take note of it and work extra hard in your workouts the next day. It's not about being miserable; after all you should live a healthy and happy life. Losing weight should be a positive thing and it all begins with Y-O-U.

I shall start exercising!!!!! Mwahahahahahaha!!!!! But the question is, is my exercising plan is doing too much for someone who hasn't ran for two in a half years??? My Exercising Plan: first month; run each morning for fifteen minutes a day and stretches and sit ups before and after the run and before going to bed. Second month; run for thirty minutes each morning with the same sit ups and stretches before and after the run and before bed. Third month; run for fourty-five minutes and sit ups and stretches. And the fourth month and on just run for fourty-five minutes each morning with stretches and sit ups before and after the run and before bed. Is this this over doing it?????? Let me know please.
