This is really the online equivalent for Black Friday for online retailers as workers return to office to start purchasing on Monday.
7) Amazon Credit Card
Upon checkout, you are typically given an option to apply for an Amazon credit card which will then give you $30 off for your purchase. So, if you need a credit card and want to save on a $30 purchase, it may be a good idea to take the deal and you do not need any Amazon promotional code to start off with though the system may be checking if you are eligible through some kind of rules.

KMart Black Friday 2009 Ads are now out. They have a Sony Bravia L Series 32" for $379.99 for 5 hours only though I think it will be gone very quickly. MagellenGPS for $84.99. Their door buster items are between 6am -11am and the store opening hours seem to start at 6am.Thousands of items are on sale and some are on sale for 2 days. Amazon Black Friday for 2009 is over. Check out Amazon coupons for deals.
Amazon Black Friday Ads can be found on their website. This year should not be any different. In fact,Amazon will be starting their Black Friday sales one week ahead on Nov 23 so that it can aggressively step up sales prior to the actual day itself. Look for the Gold Box for deals every day which has discounts as steep as 75%. The Black Friday ads can be found here.
With Amazon, the advantage is that you don't have to wait in line, find parking spots or wake up early since you can shop in front of the computer with your pyjamas still on and with a click of the mouse. Certainly, my favorite way to shop though I would still want to be in the stores just for the feel of Black Friday. If you miss Black Friday on Amazon, there is still Cyber Monday.
Amazon should also have their yearly voting game where products are offered at ridiculous pricing everyday and shoppers get to vote on the favorite deals presented. The product for each round is then chosen and winners are randomly picked.

Toys R Us Black Friday ads are now available. If you get the original ads, you should be able to get a $10 off coupon for purchase over $100.
