To access Ticketmaster phone number & locations, first go to TicketMaster website at Ticketmaster.com. Then, on the top right corner, click on the help link. Click on it and you should see a "Contact Us" link under the customer service header. Click on that and you should see

"Phone or Mail - Use the drop down menu below to find contact information for your area. If your state or region is not represented, please select the state or region nearest you."

Depending on the state, you can have different numbers for it.

The TicketMaster National Customer Service phone number is: 1-800-653-8000.

If you are in California, the ticketmaster phone number is 1-866-448-7489.   

However, the express TicketMaster Phone Number they recommend you to call 1-866-4-IVR-TIx = 1-866-448-7489. This is the express line and is served by automated system. It is a self service line and therefore do not expect to be able to speak to any customer representative on it. It is great if you want to purchase through the phone if you are worried about any security issues with your credit card.

If you need to go to a retail locations, there are also 2000 over retail locations that you can purchase from. In order to find the locations nearest you, you can go to TicketMaster Retail Location here.

The retail partners for TicketMaster includes Macy's,Kroger, Publix, Giant Eagle, etc though not all the locations of this chain are necessarily participating.
